Acceptance of Terms
· This App is for your personal use. By visiting or using the App and/or the Services, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound without modification by each and every term of the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully. If you do not accept all the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you may not use the App and/or the Services.
Your Responsibility of devices and accounts
· You are responsible for any devices, software and services needed to use Loyalty Reward Program.
· Boiling Point does not guarantee that Loyalty Reward Program will fully function on any device or with any software.
· It is your responsibility for any charges occurred for any messaging and data charges, fees and taxes for using Loyalty Reward Program, including when we communicated with you by text, email or other means that you choose.
· Mobile App for Loyalty Reward Program is currently only certified to run on either Apple iPhone OS or Android OS with the device you own or in control.
· You are responsible for keeping your own account secure, account information accurate, and for all activity under the account.
· Phone number and email address must be valid for all account users.
General Use Restrictions
· Boiling Point Loyalty Reward Program is not available for Jin Tea.
· Boiling Point employee discount cannot be used with Loyalty Reward Program.
· Boiling Point Loyalty Reward Program membership is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or used by you in any commercial purpose. You may have only one membership account and a valid phone number is required for registration.
· There is no cost for registering Boiling Point Loyalty Reward Membership, thus all points and rewards earned under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
· Boiling Point reserve the right to target certain market(s) for additional/different program terms from time to time than those described herein. Boiling Point assume no obligation to expand or extend any additional/different program. Points may not be earned or reward may not be redeemed if unexpected technical difficulties arise.
